Claire is Co-Founder and COO of Prezzee.

Claire’s focus is executing the company’s business plans in alignment with the short-term and long-term objectives of the company.

Claire is involved with strategic planning for the future and believes the secret to success is having a great team, company culture combined with a clear vision and strategy for the future.

Before Prezzee, Claire was designing brands for over 15 years, she received multiple AGDA awards as a designer at Moon Design before joining Marie Claire Australia as Art Director for five years. Claire co-founded her first business Apple&Bee in 2007 with offices in Sydney and New York with distribution through Asia, Europe and North America.

Claire designed exclusive lines for Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and John Lewis taking her Australian business to international success. Claire has a diploma in Graphic Design, is a member of the CoVentured Startup Advisory Panel and is a 2018 Cohort of the Springboard Program for female entrepreneurs.

Matt is the Co-Founder and Chief Vision Officer of Prezzee.

Matt is in charge of innovation and has a broad and comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to the business of the organisation, as well as the vision required to steer its course into the future.

Prior to Prezzee, Matt was a commercial photographer for over 15 years. He regularly shot for some of Australia’s leading retailers and publications including David Jones, Sunbeam, Harvey Norman, Domayne, InStyle and Who.

Matt’s understanding of retail and his ability to see a unique opportunity in the Australian Gift Card market sparked the idea for Prezzee. That coupled with his fascination in blockchain technology and payment systems made Prezzee the perfect vehicle for his passion. Matt has a diploma in anthroposophy and philosophy and is an thought leader in digital payments and blockchain technologies.

Tony Karp

Executive Director

Tony is the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Prezzee.

Tony’s career began in the property industry, as an advisor and broker for Jones Lang LaSalle in Australia and Asia and later as the fund manager of BT Hotel Group.

He entered the retail sector in 2005 when he joined David Jones, working as a senior executive for more than a decade and ultimately as Group Executive Retail Services (COO), responsible for property, information technology, projects and procurement.

Following South Africa-based Woolworths Holdings’ $2.1 billion takeover of David Jones in 2014, he was appointed Head of Group Transformation Management, responsible for maximising integration and transformation opportunities across the newly combined Woolworths, David Jones and Country Road businesses.

In the two years prior to joining Prezzee, Tony was the Managing Director of the corporate advisory firm Tonka Group, consulting to major retailers including Woolworths, Metcash, Stockland, ScentreGroup and Specialty Fashion Group across all commercial facets, including strategy, operations, transactions and business transformation.

Tony is a non-executive director of NZX-listed Smiths City Group.

Edward is as a non-executive director and Chairman of Prezzee.

Edward brings to the Board skills and experience in the areas of finance, risk management and strategy.

Edward is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Precision Group, a privately owned investment company focused on the purchase, development, expansion and finance of commercial property as medium to long-term investment holdings, particularly in the retail, commercial office and hospitality sectors. Prior to Precision, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Edward is a Chartered Accountant and holds degrees in Commerce (Accounting) and Law and is on the Chartered Accountants Australian New Zealand NSW Corporate Advisory Panel (CAPs).

Stuart has played a vital role in the creation and development of some of Australia’s most high-profile brand projects of the past 25 years.

Stuart’s previous role as CEO of Ogilvy and Mather in Australia, as well as over 12 years as partner of Moon Communications, has placed him at the forefront of this industry.

He has been instrumental in creating and delivering work to a range of the largest corporations in Australia including The Qantas Group, Lend Lease Group, Westfield, Commonwealth Bank, Tourism NSW, Brand Sydney, Telstra and Hutchison.

In 2011, he founded Houston, now one of the country’s most prominent brand agencies.

Roger is as a non-executive director of Prezzee.

Roger is the Chief Technology Officer of the Precision Group. Educated in Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Statistics (Macquarie University), a Master of Science in Operations Research (University of Technology Sydney), and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Roger is an Information Technology professional with vast experience in management roles across many industries.

Roger is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. A business leader focused on enablement and transformation who delivers on business strategy and outcomes, through well-defined IT governance and strategy frameworks.

Precision Group invested in Prezzee in 2015. Shaun founded and is the Chief Executive Officer of Precision Group, an investor, developer and financier of retail and commercial property across Australia.

Precision Group owns commercial assets in Australia and has diversified its business into financial services and private equity investments, primarily in the IT and health sectors. Shaun attended the University of Adelaide where he completed a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Jurisprudence), Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Cliff has spent more than 20 years working at digital companies leading innovation and change in the industry both as an entrepreneur and senior executive.

Cliff was a senior executive at LinkedIn for seven years and until recently serving as the Managing Director of LinkedIn for South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to LinkedIn, Cliff was Managing Director at Yahoo! Australia and New Zealand, and previously the founder and Managing Director of iTouch Australia and New Zealand, one of the largest mobile content and application service providers in Australia. Prior to iTouch Clifford was the head of strategy for Vodafone Australasia.

Cliff is also a non-executive director of ASX listed companies Nearmap, Afterpay, Cabcharge, IXUP and Pureprofile. He has a Bachelor of Business Science (Honours) degree and a Master of Science in Management.
