Gift of the Day Promotion 2023 Terms & Conditions
Promoter
1. The Promoter of the Gift of the Day Promotion is Prezzee Pty Limited (ABN 16 602 963 422) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
2. Gift of the Day Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter. It is not associated with any other brands or related entities.
Promotion Period
3. The Promotion will commence at 10:00am AEDT on 16 June 2023 and wi[1] [2] ll finish at 9:59am AEDT on 3 July 2023 (Promotion Period) or until 10,000 Qualifying Purchases with the Promotion Code are made, whichever occurs first.
The Offer
4. Purchase a specifically marked “Gift of the Day Smart eGift Card” valued at no less than AUD$75.00 and enter the code “GIFTMAGIC” (Promotion Code) at checkout during the Promotion Period, and receive a AUD $5.00 discount for the purchase (the Offer).
5. The Gift of the Day Smart eGift Cards are subject to the Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of service at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/.
Eligibility for Offer
6. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian states and territories over the age of 18 years.
7. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must purchase a specifically marked Gift of the Day Smart eGift Card valued at no less than AUD $75.00 on the Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or website at www.prezzee.com.au/store/gift-of-the-day/ (Qualifying Purchase).
8. The first 10,000 customers making a Qualifying Purchase with the Promotion Code during the Promotion Period will be entitled to AUD $5.00 discount at the checkout.
Other Terms
9. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
10. The Offer is limited to one Qualifying Purchase per customer. You may not use the Discount Code more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods in an attempt to circumvent the terms.
11. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
- Vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;
- At any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provides false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter;
- to cancel purchases or terminate the accounts of customers who have breached the terms and conditions, have engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise undermine the fairness of the Promotion.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a Promotion Code is not redeemable for any reason.
14. If the Promotion Code is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion Code with another code of equal value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.
15. A Customer’s participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.
16. The Gift of the Day Smart eGift Cards can only be exchanged for individual retailer gift cards online. These individual retailer gift cards can be redeemed in-store or online, subject to each retailer’s terms and conditions. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card.
