The Offer
4. During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially-marked Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card (Promotional Gift Card) with a face value of $150 from www.prezzee.com.au (or Australian mobile application) and receive a $10 Woolworths Supermarket Bonus eGift Card (Bonus Digital Gift Cards).
5. The Promotion is strictly limited. Only 1000 Bonus Digital Gift Cards are available (Sales Limit). After the Sales Limit has been reached, the Promotion will end.

Promoter
1. The Promoter of the 12 Days of Christmas Promotion is Prezzee Pty Limited (ABN 16 602 963 422) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
2. 12 Days of Christmas 2023 Promotion (Be Fit Food) (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter. It is not associated with any other brands or related entities.
Promotion Period
3. The Promotion will commence at 10:00am AEDT on 1st December 2023 and will finish at 23:59pm AEDT on 12th December 2023 (Promotion Period).
The Offer
4. During the Promotion Period, enter the promotion code FOOD10 at the checkout to receive 10% off the purchase price of a Be Fit Food eGift Card (the Offer)
5. The Offer is strictly limited, the maximum aggregate face value of gift card sales during the Promotion Period which are eligible for the Offer is $2,500 (Sales Limit). After this Sales Limit has been exceeded, the promotional code will no longer be valid.
6. The eGift Cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of Be Fit Food and Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/.
Eligibility for Offer
7. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian states and territories over the age of 18 Years.
8. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must purchase a Be Fit Food eGiftCard with face value no less than $100.00 on the Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or Prezzee website at www.prezzee.com.au during the Promotion Period, and before the Sales Limit of the corresponding eGift Card has been exceeded (Qualifying Purchase).
9. The Offer can only be redeemed once for a Be Fit Food eGift Card per customer. You may not redeem this Offer more than once for eachBrand using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
10. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Offer if it suspects were issued to customers who breached these terms and conditions.
Other Terms
12. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a promotional code or the offer is not redeemable for any reason. If the Offer is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Offer with a different promotional code or eGift Card. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.
14. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
a) Vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;
b) At any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provides false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.
c) to cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that the terms and conditions have been breached, the customer has redeemed the Offer multiple times, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the promotion.
15. A Customer’s use of Offer is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.
16. The Promotional eGift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of Be Fit Food, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer(s).
17. The Be Fit Food eGift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Be Fit Food . Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card(s).
