AmpolCash Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promoter

1. The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Limited (ABN 16 602 963 422) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).

2. The AmpolCash Flash Sale 2025 Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter. It is not associated with any other brands or related entities.

Promotion Period

3. The Promotion will commence at 10:00am AEST on Tuesday May 27 th 2025 and will finish at 10:00am AEST on Thursday May 29 th 2025, or until the Sales Limit is reached, whichever occurs first (Promotion Period).

Eligibility & The Offer

4. During the Promotion Period, purchase an AmpolCash eGift Card (Promotional Gift Card) in one of the applicable denominations via the Australian Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the Australian Prezzee website at www.prezzee.com.au and a 3% discount will be automatically applied at checkout!

5. The Promotion is capped at a maximum total of $370,000 of Promotional Gift Card sales in the following denominations (Sales Limit):

a. $50; and
b. $100.

For clarity, a maximum of $11,100 in discounts will be provided to customers as part of the Promotion.

6. The Promotional Gift Cards purchased will expire 3 years after the date of purchase.

7. The Promotional Gift Cards and any digital gift cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brand and the Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/

Eligibility for Offer

8. The Promotion is open to legal residents of all Australian states and territories who are over the age of 18 years at the time of participation.

9. Customers are limited to one (1) Promotional Gift Card purchase per customer during the Promotion Period. It is not permissible to redeem this offer more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices or robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

10. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Immediate family includes spouses, ex-spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, siblings or step-siblings.

Other Terms

13. By entering this Promotion, you hereby consent to sharing your personal information with the Promoter. Additionally, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Promoter's privacy policy at www.prezzee.com.au/policies/privacy-policy/ and the Prezzee website terms and conditions.

14. This Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

15. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

a) vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;

b) at any time, request verification of information of all customers relevant to participation in the Promotion. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provide false information or who fail to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter; and/or

c) cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that: the terms and conditions have been breached; the customer has redeemed the offer multiple times; the customer has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct; or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the Promotion.

16. A customer’s participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customer releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance, use of and participation in the Promotion.

17. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any changes in their contact details. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive emails due to spam, junk-email, changes in contact details, or other security settings. The Promoter shall also not be liable for any issues arising from a customer providing incorrect or non-functioning contact information.

18. If the Promotion is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion with a digital gift card of equal monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authorities in Australia.

19. AmpolCash eGift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Ampol Group. Please review all of the retailer’s applicable terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card(s), including those at:

20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.
