Promoter
1. The Promoter of the Gift of the Day Promotion is Prezzee Pty Limited (ABN 16 602 963 422) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
2. Netflix/Prezzee Father’s Day 2023 Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter.
Promotion Period
3. The Promotion will commence at 11:00am AEDT on 24 August 2023 and will finish at 11:59pm AEDT on 3 September 2023 or until the Sales Limit is reached, whichever is earlier (Promotion Period).
The Offer
4. During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially-marked Netflix eGift Card (Promotional Gift Card) with a face value of $50 from www.prezzee.com.au (or mobile application) and receive a bonus $10 Prezzee Smart eGift Card (Bonus eGift Cards).
5. The Promotion strictly limited. Only 750 Bonus eGift Cards are available (Sales Limit). After the Sales Limit has been reached, the Promotion will end.
6. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

8. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian states and territories over the age of 18 years.
9. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must purchase a specially marked Netflix eGift Card with a face value of $50 on the Australian Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or Prezzee website at www.prezzee.com.au during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase).
10. After a Qualifying Purchase has been made, the Bonus eGift Card will be automatically sent to the email address of the customer who made the Qualifying Purchase in a separate email within 48 hours.
11. Customers can only enter the Promotion once, and Bonus eGift Cards are limited to one per customer.
12. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
Other Terms
13. By entering this Promotion, you herby consent to sharing your personal information with the Promoter for the purposes of participation and redemption of this Promotion, acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Promotor’s privacy policy at www.prezzee.com.au/policies/privacy-policy/ and website terms and conditions.
14. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
15. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
a. vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;
b. at any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provides false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter; and/or
c. to cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that the terms and conditions have been breached, the customer has redeemed the Offer multiple times, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the promotion.
16. A Customer’s participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.
17. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive emails or the Bonus eGift Card due to spam, junk-email, or other security settings, for a customer’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
18. If the Promotion is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion or Bonus eGift Card with an eGift Card of equal monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.
19. Netflix eGift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Netflix. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card(s).

Drummond Golf Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions
Promotor
1. The promoter is Prezzee Pty Ltd ACN 602 963 422 (CN 1285 1966) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
2. The Drummond Golf Prize Draw Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter and is not associated with any other brand partners or related entities.
Promotional Period
3. The Promotion will open for entry at 10:00am AEDT on 24 August 2023 and will close at 11:59pm AEDT on 3 September 2023 (Promotion Period).
Winners & Prize
4. There will be a total of four (4) winners (Winners).
5. There are four prizes. The prize for each Winner is one of four $250 Drummond Golf eGift Cards (the Prize). Total prize pool is valued at $1,000.
6. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Drummond Golf eGift Cards and not redeemable for cash.
Eligibility to Enter
7. The Promotion is free of charge and open only to legal residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over.
8. Customers who purchase a Drummond Golf eGift Card during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Promotion (Eligible Purchase).

How Winner is Determined
11. Promotion is a game of chance. Each eligible entry will be entered into a process of random selection. Four Winners will be drawn from eligible entries on 6 September 2023 at 10:00am AEDT at the address of the Promoter. The Promoter’s selection of the winning entries will be final and binding. No correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
12. The Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the draw. The Prize will be emailed to the Winners’ email address that is held on record by the Promoter at the time of prize draw within seven (7) business days of the draw date.
13. By entering this promotion, you consent to sharing your email address with the Promoter for the purposes of this prize draw.
14. If a Winner rejects the Prize or does not claim the Prize within one (1) month from the date of the prize draw, the entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will take place on 6 October 2023 at 10:00am AEDT.

19. The Promoter shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email, or other security settings, for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
20. In the event that the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to system breakdown, tampering, unauthorised intervention, no entry, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to applicable legislations.
21. If the Prizes are unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with a prize of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.
22. A Winner’s use of Prize is entirely at their own risk. The Winners release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the Winner’s acceptance and use of the Prize and the Winner’s participation in the Promotion.
