NAB Prezzee Promotion

Promoter

1. The Promoter of the NAB Prezzee Promotion (the Promotion) is Prezzee Pty Limited (ABN 16 602 963422) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).

2. NAB Prezzee Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter. It is not associated with any other brands or related entities.

Promotion Period

3. The Promotion will commence at 12:00pm; AEST on 6 November 2023, and finish at 11:59pm  AEST on 31 January 2024 (Promotion Period). 

The Offer

4. Purchase a Prezzee Smart eGift Card valued at no less than AUD$150 during the Promotion Period and receive a bonus AUD$10 Prezzee Smart eGift Cards issued by the Promoter (the Offer).

5. The Prezzee Smart eGift Card and the bonus Prezzee Smart eGift Card are subject to the Promoter's terms of sales and terms of services at www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/, and www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/.Eligibility for Offer

6. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian states and territories over the age of 18 years.

7. To be eligible for the Promotion, the customer must click the promotional link in the email sent to them by the National Australia Bank, open a registered account with the Promoter, purchase a Prezzee Smart eGift Card valued at no less than AUD$150 during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase) and enter the promotion code provided in the NAB.

8. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.

9. The Offer may only be redeemed once per Eligible Customer. You may not redeem this Offer more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

10. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel bonus Prezzee Smart eGift Cards issued which it suspects were issued to customers who breached these terms and conditions.

Receiving the Offer

11. Eligible Customers who qualify for the promotion will receive an AU$10 bonus Prezzee Smart eGift Card (Bonus Card) by email within one (1) business day after their Qualifying Purchase. The Bonus Card will be emailed to the email address associated with their Qualifying Purchase.

12. By entering this Promotion, you herby consent to sharing your personal information with the Promoter for the purposes of participation and redemption of this Promotion, acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Promoter’s privacy policy at www.prezzee.com.au/policies/privacy-policy/ and website terms and conditions.

13. The Bonus Card will expire 3 years from the date of issue.

Other terms

14. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details. Prezzee shall not be liable to any customer(s) for any loss, direct, incidental, or consequential, resulting from or related to changes in contact details.

15. The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or damaged entries or other communications.

16. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

a. Vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or

other person;

b. At any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provide false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.

16c. to refuse customers which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these terms and conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations;


16d. to disqualify customers who have breached the terms and conditions, have engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise undermine the fairness of the promotion.


17. The Promoter shall have no liability for a customer’s failure to receive emails due to spam, junk-email, or other security settings, for a customer’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.


18. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to system breakdown, tampering, unauthorised intervention, no entry, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to applicable legislations.


19. If the Offer is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Offer with an eGift Card of equal monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.


20. A Customer’s use of Offer is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.


21. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of each brand, which is not redeemable for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer(s).


22. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any customer(s) who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the promoter.


23. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any customer who has breached any of these terms and conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Promotion by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other customers.
