Prezzee Magical Moments : Jurassic World Rebirth Competition

 The following competition terms and conditions apply to the ‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ competition (the Competition) conducted by Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422) for all participants in Australia, Prezzee Inc., for all participants in the United States of America, Prezzee UK Limited (CN 12851966) for all participants in the United Kingdom (the Promoter). This Competition is being conducted across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Entries may be submitted via any of these platforms in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  

The Competition is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. By participating in the Competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.


The Competition 

3. The Competition will commence at 9:00am AEST on 28 July 2025 and finish at 11:59pm AEST on 24 August 2025 (Competition Period).

4. The Competition consists of three (3) prizes, with 1 Prize (1) awarded to a winner from each of the following regions (Prize):

Australia - AUD$1,000 Prezzee Smart eGift Card issued by Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422);

United States of America - USD$1,000 Prezzee Smart eGift Card issued by Prezzee Inc.; or

United Kingdom - GBP£1,000 Prezzee Smart eGift Card issued by Prezzee UK Limited (CN 12851966).

5. Use of the Prizes is governed by the Promoter’s Terms of Service:

a. if the Promoter is Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422) – Terms of Service

b. if the Promoter is Prezzee Inc. – Terms of Service; or

c. if the Promoter is Prezzee UK Limited (CN 12851966) – Terms of Service

6. The total prize pool value is comprised of AUD$1,000, USD$1,000, and GBP£1,000, awarded as one prize in each of Australia, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom respectively.

7. All prices and values in these Terms and Conditions are stated in their respective local currencies and are inclusive of GST, VAT, sales tax, or any other applicable taxes to the extent required by the tax laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

8. All times in these Terms and Conditions are stated as Australian Eastern Standard Time. 

9. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable nor redeemable for cash, and must be taken as offered. 

10. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prizes are not included.

11. Entry into the Competition is only open to persons 18 years and older and those who are residents of, and reside in either, Australia, the United States of America or the United Kingdom who meet all eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. One Prize will be awarded per region.

How to Enter

12. To enter the Competition via Instagram and Facebook, entrants must:

a. set their Instagram or Facebook profile to public (to enable entry verification); 

b. post a public Instagram or Facebook post during the Competition Period using the Promoter’s ‘Jurassic World Magical Moment’ video; 

c. tag @prezzee; 

d. include the hashtag #PrezzeeXJurassicWorld in the caption; 

e. like the Competition announcement post on the platform used for entry; and 

f. follow @prezzee on the platform used for entry. 

13. To enter the Competition via TikTok, entrants must:

a. set their TikTok profile to public (to enable entry verification); 

b. post a public TikTok post or story during the Competition Period using the Promoter’s ‘Jurassic World Magical Moment’ video; 

c. tag @prezzeegiftcards in the post or story; 

d. include the hashtag #PrezzeeXJurassicWorld in the caption; and

e. follow @prezzeegiftcards on TikTok.

14. Competition entries must be submitted by the entrant with a valid Instagram, TikTok or Facebook account.

15. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is required to enter the Competition. 

16. Entrants may enter the Competition multiple times. Each entry must be unique and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Entrants may not use automated means or submit duplicate content. 

17. Directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Competition. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.

How Winners are Determined

18. The Competition is a game of chance. 

19. One (1) winner from each of the following regions - Australia, United States of America and United Kingdom - will be selected by random draw from the pool of eligible entries received via Instagram, Facebook and TikTok in that region on 29 August 2025. The draws will take place at Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000. 

20. The Promoter’s selection of the winners will be final and binding. No correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into. 

Claiming the Prize

21. The winners of the Prizes will be notified by the Promoter in writing by social media to the account that submitted the entry within seven (7) days of the winners being selected by the Promoter. The winners will have seven (7) days to claim the Prizes.

22. The Winners may claim the Prizes by replying to the Promoter’s notification and nominating a delivery address (email) for the Prize to be sent to and confirming their country of residence. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses provided and will not be liable to provide another Prize if an incorrect delivery address is given by a winner. 

23. In the event that a winner of a Prize is disqualified or deemed ineligible or has not accepted or claimed a Prize within seven (7) days of the date the winner is notified, then the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Prize forfeited. The Promoter will conduct a redraw at 10am AEST on 12 September 2025 at Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000. 

24. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

25. The winner(s) of the redraw will be notified in writing by social media to the account that submitted the entry within seven (7) days of the redraw winner(s) being selected. The winner(s) will have seven (7) days to claim the prize.

26. Winner information, including the winners’ social media handle and country of residence may be requested by sending an email to marketing@prezzee.com within thirty (30) days after the closing date of the Competition. Winner information will be provided in accordance with applicable privacy laws and subject to the winner’s consent.  

27. It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details.

28. The Promoter shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email or other security settings, for a winners provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. 

29. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, including but not limited to any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Competition.

Other Terms

30. By entering this Competition, entrants may be subject to terms and conditions of third-party websites, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Meta. 

31. If the Prizes are unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with prizes of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority.

32. The Promoter collects personal information including, but not limited to, the entrant’s name, address, email address and age in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and, as required, to relevant regulatory authorities for the purpose of conducting this Competition, or for promotional and marketing purposes. 

33. By entering this Competition, entrants grant the Promoter an irrevocable licence to use their personal information so collected. Entry is condition on providing this personal information and such licence. The Promoter will also use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may also, for an indefinite period, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct personal information to the Promoter and direct any complaints regarding treatment of their personal information according to the Privacy Policy. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

c. if the Promoter is Prezzee UK Limited (CN 12851966) – Privacy Policy.

34.  By entering the Competition, the entrant grants the Promoter an irrevocable licence to at any time, without restrictions, exploit, copy, republish, adapt, translate, edit, or otherwise use such entry on any medium worldwide (including the internet) and for any reason (including for promotional and marketing purposes). The entrant acknowledges that from on and from its creation, the Promoter will be able to deal with the Competition entries unrestricted. 

35. Without limiting this right, the Promoter may remove any Competition entry, at the Promoter’s discretion.

36. By entering and participating in this Competition, each entrant agrees to release, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Meta Platforms Inc. from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to: 

a. the entrant’s participation in the Competition; or 

b. the entrant’s participation in any Competition related activities, the entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of the Prize and/or misuse of the Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)). 

37. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Meta Platforms Inc.

38. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Competition must be directed to the Promoter, and not to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Meta Platforms Inc.

39. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products or services supplied by the Promoter. 

40. The winners use of the Prizes is entirely at their own risk. The winners release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the winners acceptance and use of the Prize and the Winners participation in the Competition.

41. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to) indirect or consequential, financial or other loss) to or by an entrant or winners. 

42. This Competition cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

43. The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.

44. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries or other communications.

45. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person.

46. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

47. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the Competition of all entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.

48. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept entries which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations.

49. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Competition by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other entrants.

50. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the applicable Promoter:

a. if the Promoter is Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422), these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales; 

b. if the Promoter is Prezzee Inc., these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without application of its conflict of laws principles; or

c. if the Promoter is Prezzee UK Limited (CN 12851966), these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
