Terms and Conditions – Prezzee PayPal Pay in 4 Promotion

Promotion Period

3. The Promotion will commence on 15 May 2025 at 10:00am AEST and ends on 14 July 2025 at 11:59pm AEST (Promotion Period). 

Eligibility

4. The Promotion is open to customers with a valid PayPal account who purchase up to three (3) Prezzee Smart eGift Cards, each valued at $150 or more, totalling at least $450 within the Promotion Period.

5. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian states and territories over the age of 18 years at the time of participation.

Promotion Details

6. The total discount available for the Promotion is $30. 

7. To qualify for the $30 discount, customers must: 

a. Make three (3) separate purchases of one (1) Prezzee Smart eGift Card valued at $150 or more. Each purchase must use a unique promotional code sent to the customer’s email and/or SMS and/or via Prezzee App, providing $10 discount per transaction; and

b. Complete each purchase using PayPal pay in 4; and

c. use the same Prezzee account for each purchase.

8. The Prezzee Smart eGift Card will expire 3 years after the purchase date.

9. The Prezzee Smart eGift Card, and any digital gift cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and Promoter’s Terms of sale at:  www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/  and Terms of Service at:  www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/. 

How to Participate

10. First purchase: eligible customers must use the first unique promotional code delivered by email and/or SMS and/or via Prezzee App to purchase one (1) Prezzee Smart eGift card of $150 or more using the PayPal Pay in 4 payment option. This will apply a $10 discount. Upon completing the first purchase, the customer will receive a second unique promotional code via email/SMS/InApp within one (1) business day.

11. Second purchase: customer must use the second unique promotional code and the PayPal Pay in 4 payment option to complete their second purchase of one (1) Prezzee Smart eGift Card valued at $150 or more. This will apply a second $10 discount. Upon completing the second purchase, the customer will receive a third unique promotional code via email/sms/InApp within one (1) business day.

12. Third purchase: customers must use the third unique promotional code and the PayPal Pay in 4 payment option to complete their third purchase of one (1) Prezzee Smart eGift Card valued at $150 or more. This will apply the final $10 discount.

13. For the avoidance of doubt, each promotional code is valid for a single use per customer and can be applied to only one (1) transaction.

14. Each eligible customer may redeem the Promotion up to three (3) times. It is not permissible to redeem this offer more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

15. This Promotion or the unique promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

Other Terms

16. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.

17. By entering this Promotion, you hereby consent to sharing your personal information with the Promoter. Additionally, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Promotor’s Privacy Policy and the website terms and conditions.

18. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke promotional codes which it suspects were issued to customers who breached these terms and conditions.

19. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify the Promoter of any changes in their contact details. The Promoter shall not be liability for a customer’s failure to receive emails due to span, junk-email, changes in contact details or other security settings. The Promoter shall also not be liable for any issues arising from a customer providing incorrect or non-functioning contact information. 

20. The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or damaged entries or other communications.

21. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

a. vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;

b. at any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provide false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter; and/or

c. to cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that the Terms and Conditions have been breached, the customer has redeemed the offer multiple times, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the Promotion.

22. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to system breakdown, tampering, unauthorised intervention, no entry, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to applicable legislations.

23. If the Promotion is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion with a digital gift card of equal monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authorities in Australia.

24.  A customer’s participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customer releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance, use of the Promotion and participation in the Promotion.

25. Use of PayPal is subject to PayPal’s Pay in 4 Facility Agreement and User Agreement.

26. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.
