Winter Wellness Promotion - Terms and Conditions
Promoter
1. The Promoter of the Gift of the Day Promotion is Prezzee Pty Limited (ABN 16 602 963 422) of Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
2. Winter Wellness Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter. It is not associated with any other brands or related entities.
Promotion Period
3. The Promotion will commence at 10:00am AEDT on 5 July 2023 and will finish at 5:00pm AEDT on 19 July 2023 (Promotion Period).
The Offer
4. During the Promotion Period, enter the promotion code at the checkout to receive 10% off the purchase price of the following gift cards (the Offer):
a.for 10% off a Booktopia gift card, enter BOOKTOPIA10; or
b.for 10% off a Be Fit Food eGift Card, enter BEFIT10.
5. The Offer strictly limited:
a. For Booktopia eGift Cards, the maximum aggregate face value of gift card sales during the Promotion Period which are eligible for the Offer is $10,000 (Sales Limit). After this Sales Limit has been exceeded, the promotional code will no longer be valid.
b. For Be Fit eGift Cards, the maximum aggregate face value of gift card sales during the Promotion Period which are eligible for the Offer is $10,000 (Sales Limit). After this Sales Limit has been exceeded, the promotional code will no longer be valid.
6. The eGift Cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/.
Eligibility for Offer
7. The Promotion is open to legal residents of Australian states and territories over the age of 18 years.
8. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must purchase a Booktopia or a Be Fit Food eGift Card on the Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or Prezzee website at www.prezzee.com.au during the Promotion Period, and before the Sales Limit of the corresponding eGift Card has been exceeded (Qualifying Purchase).
9.The Offer can only be redeemed once for a Booktopia eGift Card and once for a Be Fit Food eGift Card per customer. You may not redeem this Offer more than once for each Brand using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
10. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Promotional eGift Card(s) if it suspects were issued to customers who breached these terms and conditions.
Other Terms
12. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a promotional code or the offer is not redeemable for any reason. If the Offer is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Offer with a different promotional code or eGift Card. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.
14. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
a. Vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;
b. At any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provides false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.
c. to cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that the terms and conditions have been breached, the customer has redeemed the Offer multiple times, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the promotion.
15. A Customer’s use of Offer is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Offer and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.
16. The Promotional eGift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of each Brand, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer(s).
17. The Booktopia Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Booktopia. Be Fit Food eGift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Be Fit Food. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card(s).
