Christmas Prezzee Business Schedule Early to Win Terms & Conditions
The Promoter: The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422) of 3/9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
Promotional Period: The promotional period will commence at 12:01am AEDT on 17 November 2022 and end at 11:59pm AEDT on 16 December 2022 (Promotional Period).
Eligibility:
Any Prezzee Business customer with an account established before the Promotional Period, located in Australia and successfully schedules an order on the Prezzee Business Portal during the Promotional Period (Eligible Business) will be automatically entered into this promotion, and will be considered a valid entry.
Multiple entries per Eligible Business will be accepted.
Customers who are supplied gift cards via the Prezzee API or a Pop Up Store are specifically excluded from the Promotion.
Prizes:
There are ten (10) prizes, being ten $1000 credit top ups for the winner’s Prezzee Business account (Prize).
How Winners are Determined
The Promotion is a game of chance. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
At 1:00pm on 21 December 2022, each valid entry will be entered into a process of random selection. Ten (10) winning entries will be selected by random draw (Winners). The random draw will take place at Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
The Promoter’s selection of the winning entry will be final and binding. No correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
Claiming the Prize
The Winners will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) business days of the draw. The Winners Business Name, and State where business is located, will be published on the Promoter’s website at www.prezzee.com.au, within 30 days of the draw.
Upon acceptance of the Prize, the Prize shall be added to the Prezzee Business account balance of the Winners within seven (7) to ten (10) days.
The Winners may choose at their discretion not to accept the Prize.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details. The Promoter shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If a Winner doesn’t claim the Prize within three (3) months from the date of the prize draw, the entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will be conducted by the Promoter at Level 3, 9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 1:00pm AEST on 21 March 2023. The Winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the draw. The Winners Business Name, and State where business is located, will be published on the Promoter’s website at www.prezzee.com.au.
The Promoter will notify the Winners in writing via email. The Promoter shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time the notification was sent, the Prize will be forfeited. Receipt of the Prize offered by the Winners is conditional upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Winner may choose at their discretion not to accept the Prize.
Other Terms
If the Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority.
A Winner’s use of the Prize is at their own risk. The Winners releases the Promoter from, and indemnifies the Promoter, from and against any liability arising from their acceptance and use of the Prize and their participation in the promotion.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries or other communications.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Promotion at any time without liability to any entrant or other person. This includes, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Promoter’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such cases, the Promoter may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Promoter if appropriate.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request the verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to the participation in the Promotion of all entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept entries which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these terms and conditions, or which contravene any applicable law or regulations.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who has breached any of these terms and conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Promotion by, for example tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other entrants.
Directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
