Prezzee Business Scale Up Growth Partners Offer Terms & Conditions

This competition is open to existing Prezzee Business customers with no prior purchases via Prezzee Business. 

1. The Promoter: The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422) of 3/9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).

2. Promotional Period: The promotional period will commence at 9:00am AEDT on 22 February 2023 and end at 11:59pm AEDT on 15 March 2023 (Promotional Period).

3. Promotion: Register an account with Prezzee Business prezzee.com.au/business, and go in the draw to win a $1000 Prezzee Business account credit (the Promotion).

4. Eligibility: Register via here and buy digital gift cards Prezzee Business customers with no prior purchases via Prezzee Business, who completes an order by 15 March 2023, at 11:59pm AEDT, will automatically go in the draw to win a $1000 credit.

6. How to Enter: Once an Eligible Purchase has been made, the Eligible Customer must email a copy of the Eligible Purchase invoice to corporate@prezzee.com.au during the Promotional Period in order for their Eligible Purchase to be considered a valid entry in the Promotion (Valid Entry).

7. Receiving Credit: Eligible Customers who made a Valid Entry will go in the draw to win a AUD$1000 credit top-up in their Prezzee Business account within 7-10 days of payment for their Eligible Purchase being received by Prezzee in cleared funds (the Credit).

8. Communication: The Promoter will notify Eligible Businesses via email and/or phone. The Promoter shall have no liability for a Eligible Businesses failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Eligible Businesses’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Eligible Businesses cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Credit within seven (7) days from the time the notification was sent, the Credit will be forfeited. Receipt of the Credit offered to Eligible Businesses is conditional upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Eligible Businesses may choose at their discretion not to accept the Credit.

9. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Promoter’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these terms and conditions.  In such cases, the Promoter may select from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Promoter if appropriate.
