Prezzee Business Schedule Early for EOFY to Win Terms & Conditions
This Promotion is open to existing Australian Prezzee Business customers.
The Promoter: The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16 602 963 422) of 3/9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
Promotional Period: The promotional period will commence at 9:00am AEDT on 23 May 2022 and end at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 June 2022 (Promotional Period).
Eligibility: Any Prezzee Business customer who opened an account before 9:00am on 23 May 2022, is located in Australia and successfully schedules an order for gift cards of AUD$1,000 or more during the Promotional Period will be automatically entered into this promotion (Eligible Business), and will be considered a valid entry. Multiple entries per Eligible Business will be accepted.
Prizes: There are five prizes available. Each prize is a $500 credit top up which will be deposited into the Prezzee Business account of the relevant winner (Prize). The Prize will be processed within 7-10 days of the relevant winner being notified of their win.
Winners: There will be a total of five (5) winners drawn. An Eligible Business may only win once.
Promotion Draw: Winners will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Promoter at 10:00am on 7 July 2022 in Sydney, NSW 2000. The Promoter will select, at random, five (5) eligible business IDs of Eligible Businesses as the winners (the Winners). An Eligible Business may only win once, and should an Eligible Business be selected, any subsequent selections of that Eligible Business will be void. All decisions are final. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Communication: The Promoter will notify the Winners via email and/or phone. The Promoter shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time the notification was sent, the Prize will be forfeited. Receipt of the Prize offered by the Winners is conditional upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Winner may choose at their discretion not to accept the Prize.
Acceptance of the Prize constitutes explicit permission for the Promoter to use the Winner’s business name for purposes of advertising the Promoter’s business, goods and services.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Promoter’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such cases, the Promoter may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Promoter if appropriate.
The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Eligible Business or individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these terms and conditions.
