Prezzee Business Schedule Early to Win Terms & Conditions
This Promotion is open to existing Australian Prezzee Business customers.
The Promoter is Prezzee Pty Ltd (ABN 16602963422) of 3/9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
Eligibility: Any existing Prezzee Business customer who successfully schedules an order for $1,000 or more during the promotional period starting on 1st November 2021, ending on 30 November 2021, at 11:59pm AEDT, will be automatically entered into this promotion. Available to all Prezzee Business Customers in Australia.
There will be a total of 5 winners drawn. Each prize will be a $500 credit top up deposited into the winning Prezzee Business account, within 7-10 days of being notified. A business may only win once. A valid entry is for each individual order over $1,000 AUD. Multiple entries per business will be accepted.
Winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Promoter on Friday, 3rd December in Sydney, NSW 2000. The Promoter will select at random, five (5) eligible Business IDs and all decisions are final. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The Promoter will notify the winners via email and/or phone. The promoter shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time the notification was sent, the prize will be forfeited. Receipt of the prize offered by the winners conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The winner may choose at their discretion not to accept the prize.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the Winner’s business name, for purposes of advertising.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Promoter’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such cases, the Promoter may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Promoter if appropriate. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these terms and conditions.
